The Gulf Guest Process
Our landlord onboarding process is quick, simple, and transparent, ensuring your property is set up, live, and earning for you in no time!
The Gulf Guest Process
Take a look at what WEEK 1 of your onboarding experience looks like.
Step 1:
- Collect keys (Minimum of three keys and two access cards)
- Conduct property inspection (inventory and initial photos)
- Provide a quote for necessary items; upon approval, order the items (billed at the end of the month)
- Arrange Wi-Fi and Gas connection (if required)
Step 2:
- Register with Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM)
- Obtain insurance coverage for 650 AED per year
Step 4:
- Professional photoshoot scheduled
- Property listed on all major OTA platforms
- Dashboard login details provided
- Additional information about OTA platforms and the Gulf Guest Dashboard will be provided in Week 2
- Utilize the Dynamic Pricing Tool to adjust daily property pricing
